OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly capable ERP Officer to deploy ERP software at our business. You will be consulting with management to determine our ERP needs, analyzing the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions. To ensure success as an ERP Officer, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to document ERP processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB Duties
- To analyze and document business process requirements that includes meeting the process owner and process stakeholders to analyze process, documents, workflows, current problems, and their expectations, etc
- Part of the core team member of To Be team, to think and propose the robust, efficient, and out of the box process design.
- Designing processes flows, flow charts, prototypes, and other documents
- Part of the team, to document To Be process using the company standard document formats
- Part of the implementation team to implement the To Be process, Setups in SAP Business One modules , integration with the legacy Apps, personalization of standard forms and customization needs of legacy applications
- Responsible for the development of training, user manuals, and other documentations
- Responsible to support users for already and newly configured SAP Business One modules
- Must have 2 to 3 years of SAP Business One modules
- Strong background working with key Finance, accounts, Inventory, Purchasing stakeholders, defining projects, creating project plans/scope, managing stakeholder communications, delivery, execution, and change management planning.
- Prior experience in finance and accounting environment/projects and working knowledge of SAP Business One Accounting is required
- Ability to understand IT and business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools (Visio, Project, OneNote, etc.) required
- Familiarity with SAP Business One HANA database tables and related tools such as Toad, SQL Developer
- Experience with integration of SAP Business One with external/legacy applications
- 1 to 2 full life cycle implementations
Requirements
- Languages and frameworks: C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, XML (schemas, documents, and transformations), Strong RDBMS and Database experience required.
- Expert knowledge of the .Net framework and object-oriented design and programming concepts in all areas.
- Solid front-end development capabilities (ASP.NET to Middleware) and/or back-end development capabilities (Middleware to Relational databases)
- Experience with MS Visual Studio, Source Control Systems and Unit testing.
- Experience in Web Services and SOA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent program
- At least 3 years of experience in
