• Interact with employees to provide problem resolution in terms of hardware and software via the Service Now portal, telephone and through DTC for WAN Network & infrastructure, Network Installation, Server’s administrations, applications administrations, Installations & configurations.
  • Provide accurate and complete descriptions of problems, inquiries, and requests in a problem management ticket.
  • Escalate problems and requests according to established procedures.
  • Research end-user problems to determine root cause.
  • Maintain accountability and ownership of incident/request tickets.
  • Provide proactive end-user management notification of problems.
  • Provide closed looped contact with end-users to verify final solution and determine satisfaction level.
  • Install and configure IT equipment including laptops, Desktops, Network Printers/Scanners APs.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Setup of users Accounts on Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Office 365 account on Outlook.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • L1 and L2 support for all desktop and laptop users.
  • Create, Update, and maintain all IT asset inventory documentation.
  • Management of all IT inventory.
  • Creating IT related training material and providing them to required users.
  • Participate in training required to develop and maintain skills.
