REPORTING FUNCTION

  • Directly Reports to Executive Director Operations.

BASIC FUNCTION

  • Operations Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

General

  • Prepare weekly presentation for RAS Executives.
  • Prepare Flight Report, receive from all 6th Stations.
  • Other routine work directly assign from OPS Manager.
  • Letter drafting if any requirement.
  • Track Record of all international correspondence coming from CEO & ED OPS

Professional

  • Keep record and maintain all Operations Files including SGHA Files.
  • Coordinate with all Stations FOO’s for smooth Flight activity.
  • Report Generation of Client Airline when year is completed.
  • Manage FIMS “Flight Information Management System”
  • Coordinate all Operations Department for smooth data entry in FIMS.
  • Managing Flight Schedule. 
  • Data Analysis HO, FO, Equipment, Cargo and attempt on traffic.
  • Power Point familiarization and MS Excel Training. 
  • Drawing Templates.
  • Stations Access and Liaison. 
  • IPOS entry and follow up of approval.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential

Graduate with at least 5 five years’ experience in a large sized Organization

Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel 

Desirable

Above-average communication skills (written and verbal) and working knowledge of MS Office.

COMPETENCE NEEDS

To be able to effectively control of all Operations Matters.

SECONDARY DUTIES

Any assignment given by Manager Operations.
