We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints across a number of communication channels.
NOTE: This is not a call centre job with any sales target.
To do well in this role you must be fluent in speaking and writing English Language and need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Work Hours: 6:00 P.M. - 3:00 A.M. (Night Shift)
