We are looking for an IT & Admin Executive to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing Network, hardware, and software faults, and solving technical and application problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software. Firewall Configuration & Management.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, replace parts as required
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Knowledge of Client/server database applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware.
  • Investigate user problems, identify the cause, and determine possible solutions, test and implement. Maintain server, network and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software, and applications.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Assist with all CCTV-related matters.

Admin Support

  • Monitor & support night shift staff.
  • Management of office equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Monitor night peon's activity.
  • Maintain basic kitchen and other inventory for the night shift.
  • Must be able to operate generator & should know how to handle UPS.
  • Keep an eye on the overall activity at night
  • Should provide daily night activity report to a department head.

Education:            Graduate / Masters

Job Location:        Karachi

Experience Req:   1 - Year

Working Hours:     06:00 pm. to 03:00 am. (Night Shift).
