Job Description

  • To assist and facilitate overall functions of Human Resource Department.
  • To develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • To assist implementation of HR strategies and policies that are well aligned with the mission of the organization.
  • To coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises to the line manager about Human Resources issues.
  • To ensure organizational development including institution development, HR planning and advocacy.
  • To develop and supervise performance management.
  • Organizational behavior including the Organization culture, employee/ group behavior and to ensure they comply with the policies and procedures
  • Must be fluent in written English and will be required to write contents for company documents as well.
