- Shipments booking and finalization in operation department.
- Generate house airway bills for corporate and consumer shipments agent wise.
- Marking & tallying material received from whole area with domestic manifest.
- Processing the export and import shipments as per SOP’s.
- Cross-checking all the relevant documentation required to process the shipment
- Highlighting booking mistakes & errors with the concerns.
- Highlight weight difference issues with the concerns.
- Finalizing shipments received from network to DC.
- Forwarding the export shipments on timely manner.
- Prepare E-form report and forward to agent.
- Record keeping of export related paperwork.
- Preparation of pre-alerts e-mails, export manifest, hold shipment reports.
- Respond to queries from other departments in a timely manner.
- Perform any additional task or reporting assigned by line manager.
- Responsible to move 100% shipments that are available on the operations floor and whatever that is coming from other stations, areas & hubs
- Proper filing of records for daily movements.
