1.An Islamic Banking background is essential to fill this role successfully.
2.Requires extensive project management experience
3.Good track record of delivering projects end to end, from evaluation to delivery, within the Islamic banking sector
4.Must have done at least one full core banking transformation
5.Exceptional leadership (leading teams up to 25) and decision making skills are required to be able to cope with the demands of this role
6.Managed the projected end-2 end. From evaluation to delivery.
7.Should have good understanding of islamic banking business and different departments within banks.
8.Technical knowledge - Databases, Firewalls, Networking, Infrastructure and end-2-end solution
