1. Supervise and leads foremen, lead man, Skilled labor and work crews in all activities. Concerned project resources
(Manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project. Able to demonstrate excellent labor management skills, follow policies & procedures and work practices and developing improvements where necessary
2. Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other disciplines related to project and
Engineering documentation. Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, and all Company rules and regulations.
3. Manage sub-contractors by allocating evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance.
4. Responsible for tools assigned on a daily basis. Maintain good group relations during construction
5. Comply with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or
Accidents. Responsible for taking care his health and safety and that of others in the work place.
6. Comply with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
7. Work with coordinator to submit reports of work performed each day.
8. Responsible for accomplishing all the tasks as assigned by the senior line of reporting.
9. Acquiring use of proper equipment and measures to ensure safety.
10. Provide adequate training to workers to ensure work efficiency.
11. Ensuring the implementation of roster and keep counter check on it
