Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Produce “sample”, “renders/2D/3D drawings” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with Production management and supervising team during implementation
- Follow best practices while designing the products.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Visiting job sites to analyze design needs and the purpose of the space being available for utilization.
- Some travel required for market research in new developments or site visit walk-throughs.
- Giving new ideas and concepts for interior design, color theme and vibe as per PSW corporate colors, culture and theme.
- Giving out of box ideas and solutions where required.
- Will take the responsibilities of team lead in drawing/design department.
- Will update management of projects progress and will generate routine reports in design section.
