- Responsible for entire production, including raw material, production planning, maintenance, achieving production targets, controlling wastage, customer deliveries, W.I.P, production cost., Quality systems & improvement including Safety & training
- Enforce order compliance in the PPC department.
- Prepare the casting plan on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Enforce optimum loading of Production Lines.
- Monitor inventory control.
- Coordinate with the logistics and marketing team.
- Act as an interface between marketing department and conduct feasibility analysis of various products.
- Controlling & monitoring of Inventory.
- Continuous improvement, implementation operational excellence, and making of SOP for new machines or methods
- Manpower requirement planning & Capacity requirement Planning.
- Good Command over computer & ERP systems.
