We are looking to hire a person that work with CAD and Photoshop.
Applicant must be proficient in these specifics; AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.We are looking for a skilled 3D renderer & visualizer to work within the architectural and design team in delivering Architectural Design Visualization including 3D models, renderings, animations, and presentations.
In this role, you will be managing multiple projects while complying with deadlines.
You should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD, 3d Max, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, V ray (Rhino is optional) advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail. You must be a creative problem solver with additional experience in modeling, texturing. You will be responsible for creating 3Ds from scratch.
Job Duties:
- Meeting with architects, designers to discuss design ideas.
- Developing designs.
- Presenting rough design drafts for approval.
- Provide modeling and converting data sets from CAD or other packages.
- Work on Architectural 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, and Camera Animation, Rendering on visuals and walk-through projects.
- Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and animation using V Ray.
- Post Production to create final designs.
Job Qualification:
- Previous work experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, 3d Max, Sketchup, Adobe Suite.
- Fluent in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience with advanced render layer and compositing techniques.
- Excellent technical design skills
