TradeUnleashed is a supply chain automation company.
We are looking for a RMS/ERP Deployment executive who will be responsible for deployment, training and technical support
.The persons having experience in Retail or supply chain Management are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- RMS/ERP Software deployment, implementation and functioning to different clients in Retail Industry
- Deployment/ maintenance and updation of client system
- Resolving client issues and provide service with best customer support
- Training the clients and making follow up call to build strong relation with our clients
- Lead customer support and be responsible for system
- Works with Deployment Services Supervisors and Technicians to coordinate and report on daily basis
- Look after the on-going deployments and quality work in daily schedules.
Shift:
Morning 9AM to 6PM
Location:
Lahore
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification ICS or Graduation
- Pro efficient in Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are must to ensure positive customer experience
- Applicant must have ability to work under pressure and to satisfy customer needs
- Having well understanding of RMS/ERP and Point of sales systems
- Basic knowledge of Retail Industry and Retail Management Software
- Traveling within city is required for this position
