Sportica Group seeks a talented Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and strong design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly with expertise in designing goalkeeper gloves and football-related products. This role requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create compelling sportswear and product concepts, detailed mockups, and digital illustrations that align with our brand's vision and market needs. The candidate will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into visual designs that appeal to athletes and sports enthusiasts alike.
The Graphic Designer will manage a team of 2 persons, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and consistent design standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product development and marketing is essential to deliver designs that meet project timelines and objectives. This position demands a professional who can balance creativity with technical expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of Sportica Groups product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually appealing graphic designs for goalkeeper gloves, football gear, and related sportswear.
- Create professional product concepts, mockups, and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software.
- Lead and mentor a small team of designers, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and branding teams to translate creative ideas into final design outputs that align with market trends and customer expectations.
- Produce layout designs, vector graphics, and conceptual sketches to support product development and promotional materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sportswear industry trends, especially football and goalkeeper glove design.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize design concepts and prototypes.
- Manage project schedules while balancing multiple tasks to meet stringent deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in visual communication across various platforms and product lines.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members for review and approval.
