To lead in the delivery of ERU & Ward services and to facilitate others to provide exemplary planned care for all surgical patients through the provision of theoretical and practical general surgery education at ward level.
As well as improving the ERU service and implementing standards and ensuring competencies are up to date you will be required to provide hands on nursing care in ERU and the general surgical ward.
Who we're looking for
- Be a RN
- Have a minimum of 2 years post-graduation, Hospital experience
- Have been employed in surgical or acute settings
- Critical care/HDU or ITU experience is essential
