We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic female candidate to join our growing team to manage following HR related activities:
1. Coordination of all activities related to Recruitment and Hiring process including:
a. Maintenance of CVs database
b. Pre-interview calls and assessment
c. Interview scheduling and documentation
d. Hiring documentation and communication with the candidates
e. Post hiring orientation
2. Attendance and Leave record keeping, reporting and policy-related communication with employees.
3. Payroll Management (Salaries, Advances, Deductions, Commissions etc.)
4. Motivational and morale-boosting activities, training arrangements and scheduling
5. Administrative tasks:
a. Recording and reporting of administrative expenses (rents, utilities, kitchen etc.)
b. Ensuring all bills are paid on time
c. Stationery inventory management
d. Customers filing
Gender: Female
Experience: At least 1 year in HR Recruitment & Operations
Qualification: Bachelors or higher, preferably concentration in HR
City: From Lahore
Languages: English and Urdu
Computer Skills: Spreadsheet, Word processor
