SQA Engineer

Eazisols is a forward-thinking software company specializing in custom web application development across various sectors including real estate, medicine, education, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manual Tester with at least 1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis, playing a vital role in maintaining our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure quality deliverables within set timeframes. Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to communicate testing outcomes and issues effectively. Perform regression testing to confirm bug fixes and maintain detailed test documentation for future reference and audits.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in manual software testing. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla. Practical knowledge of Chrome DevTools, JMeter, and conducting API, white box, performance, and security testing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with SQL, basic automation concepts, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. The ability to work well under pressure and collaborate within a team environment is essential.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 90,000.
