Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Analyze and optimize existing database systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and consistency across applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Monitor and analyze database performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to SQL Server and database development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Server development and administration, including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning, indexing, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with database schema design and normalization.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is a plus.
- At Least 2 Years of Team Lead experience is required.
- C# .NET experience is a major plus.
- Experience with with other database types like Mongo and Redis are a plus.
- REST API experience is a PLUS or working experience on integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
