Square63 is looking for a mid-level Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will be taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Primary Responsibilities
· Write clean well thought out code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity, and maintainability.
· Creating wireframes and workflows based on design concepts
· Converting wireframes into high fidelity designs
· Converting designs into HTML/CSS prototypes
Job Requirements
· 1-3 years of experience
· Proficiency in HTML 5, XHTML and CSS
· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
· Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
· Has experience in developing responsive web pages.
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguous situations
