A reputable ecommerce focused logistic company is looking for an energetic and seasoned HR professional for the position of Sr. HR Officer.
This position is responsible to assist the supervisor in a general HR capacity;
To assist in the activities necessary to recruit organization’s staff and undertake HR generalist work on a day to day basis.
To provide support in carrying out HR operations.
Supports Manager HR in aspects relating to recruitment process to manage efficient and effective handling of hiring activities
Support the designing of the advertisement for new jobs
Filter the candidates from the system based on requirements from the departments and share with relevant departments if required.
Conducting interviews for shortlisted candidates
Gathering the required document to be maintained in employee personal file.
To facilitate Manager HR in meeting quality standards to maintain the consistency and compliance in the recruitment process and assist the supervisor to follow a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure.
Provide administrative support in handling employee confirmation, and retirement process.
Engage in preparation of monthly salary payroll to share with Finance Department. Responsible for recording of monthly attendance data includes rectifying errors and to ensure accurate information submission to payroll.
Prepare various letters/certificates. Provide advice and guidance, within the level of competence, on aspects of other personnel/staff regarding their concern/issues and support with recommendations to Manager HR cOdisciplinary actions.
Provide support to Manager HR in handling life and health Insurance matters.
Support Manager HR to liaise with Insurance companies for monthly addition/deletion of staff and following up on claim to facilitate manager HR in timely and effective communication/negotiation with external parties.
Assist Manager HR in assembling performance appraisal data.
Involved in collection, compilation and distribution of data and support in timely completion of performance appraisals.
Ensure the accuracy of performance appraisal data.
Takes initiatives to provide additional support on projects to Manager HR.
