THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SAP BI (TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL BOTH) IN MANUFACTURING SECTOR.
Summary of Job:
To establish and maintain such Management Information System (SAP B1) that enables top management to make proper startegic and business development / growth decision by gathering accurate and relavant information from all business functions in an approperaite and require manner.
Brief job description is as follows;
- To develop and generate reports timely and accurately in order to facilitate Top management & Finance department for better decision making
- To supervise the SAP system in order to minimize the downtime and provide solutions for issues / bugs.
To schedule database backup of SAP system
To initiate training programs that meet the standard devised for SAP development
To conduct the general/ special training of SAP to general users and techical team.
To prepare/ maintain adequate MIS manual/ instructions to ensure work is properly planned, supervised, reviewed and documented
- To ensure that proper and timely development is SAP such as ADDons, reports, UDOs, UDFs are done by technical team
- To manage MIS department functioning smoothly and promote team work and condusive work enviroment
- to act as a stragetic business partner in organizations business decision using technology as a tool.
