Sr. Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to oversee the efficient packaging, dispatching, and receiving of maintenance accessories and materials. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by closely monitoring the loading, unloading, and transportation of maintenance parts. This position requires maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks, and upholding a clean and safe working environment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage warehouse activities effectively are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, dispatch, and receive maintenance accessories and materials.
- Monitor the loading, unloading, and transportation processes to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Receive and verify faulty parts returned by service centers on a monthly basis, ensuring consistency with system records.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain alignment between physical stock and system data.
- Categorize and arrange faulty parts according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Execute daily warehouse operations and tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating warehouse activities and managing documentation.
- Support stock movement management, tracking, and system updates following company procedures.
- Manage warehouse labor and supervise team activities to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inflow and outflow.
- Provide regular reports to the Warehouse Manager on inventory status and operational matters.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and operational standards.
