A leading Dental Health & Supplies company is looking for a customer-oriented service representative who can take charge of its CSR team to manage the overall sales operations on daily basis as well as contribute to the Company’s Sales himself.

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The roles and responsibilities may include:

  • Handle company’s export related accounts and customer.
  • Set Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Targets of Clients and strategize accordingly to motivate teams to fulfill those targets.
  • Work with the Director Sales and Management to identify competitive trends and improve the overall Sales Funnel.
  • Handle and manage local clients and their daily issues.
  • Coordinate and manage other customer service representatives and sales officers.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
  • Answer all queries being received on live chat or social media and try to get maximum confidence of the customer.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments for customer's queries, complaints and orders.
  • Guide customer service and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving and customer care specialist.
  • Be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
  • Must ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skill and must be fluent in English speaking and listening.
  • Above average knowledge of Dental Instruments & Products is required.
