Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team. However, the roles and responsibilities of the person will be diverse. Apart from his primary duties of hiring targets within deadline & staying update in recruiting techniques he/she will be required to assist our accounts staff whenever required.The detailed job description for this post is as follows

  • Conduct first level shortlisting of candidates by talking to them and ascertaining their suitability in the company
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the department and corporate managers
  • Lead & assist newly hired staff regarding company policies etc
  • Assist the accounting & finance staff in their daily tasks whenever required
  • Candidates having prior work experience in a software & tech company will be preferred
