We are looking for a competitive and energetic Cold Caller / Sales Officer to help us build up our business activities in USA and UK.The roles and responsibilities of the candidate can include but shall not be limited to ,
• Calling prospects and leads in USA & UK and trying to convert them into long-term clients
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Helping the team in marketing and business development campaigns
• Conduct market research in target region to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints and customer service
Requirements:
• Candidates must have atleast basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
• Must be willing to learn about company’s services and trending IT technologies
• Must have previous rich experience in handling clients from USA & UK
• Fluent in English (speaking/listening/writing)
• Self-motivated with a result driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
