A Leading Health Care and product based Ecommerce Company is looking for an Experienced SQA Engineer. The person will be responsible for testing software to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deliver high-quality testing manual and automation
2. Create flexible test plans with highly visible results
3. Constantly fine tune testing processes and best practices
4. Research, prototype, and implement creative ways to validate our software solutions
5. Can also manually Test Multiple Websites & Mobile Applications
6. Develop, document, and maintain test suites as well as test cases
7. Ensure full test coverage and feature traceability
8. Create and execute automated tests using product APIs and scripting
9. Execute manual tests and identify software problems
10. Create bug reports and verify bug fixes
11. Document test results and create product quality metrics reports
12. Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
13. Work closely with the support team and our customers to collect customer feedback and address reported quality problems
14. 14. Proficient with Woo commerce platform-based web applications (ERP) and good skills in writing SQL queries in SQL Server
15. 15 .Proven work experience of 1-3 Years in software quality assurance
