You'd be handling day to day books of an export business while working under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant and CEO of the company.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors (B.COM) or part qualified professional qualification with 2+ years of experience
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (or similar cloud software)
- MS Word & MS Excel proficiency
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with CEO
- Handling A/P function, dealing with vendors
- Daily voucher entries
- Daily summary as required by executives (Cash, Bank, Suppliers & Customer’s Balances etc)
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Sales Journal/Debtors Aged Analysis
- Purchase Journal/Creditors Aged Analysis
- Job Costings (if required)
- Ratio Analysis (KPIs)
- Asset Register/Depreciation Schedules
Salary range: Rs. 22k - 30k per month
