Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure systematic storage of goods using warehouse management systems.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
- Ensure the warehouse environment complies with all safety and health regulations to promote a secure working space.
- Utilize data analysis skills to monitor warehouse performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Operate inventory control systems, including Microsoft Excel, to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, quality, and shipping details.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to facilitate easy access and quick retrieval of stock.
- Handle documentation related to inventory movements and assist in inventory forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule timely deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating honesty and responsibility in handling warehouse operations.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
