- Doing research and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers
- Requesting quotes and comparing prices for maximum return on investments
- Never sharing the organization quotation with the third party
- Not involving purchases from his friends or relatives
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers
