• Provide expert Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration and infrastructure support (AAD, Exchange Online, License Management, Entra and Identity management, Intune and Autopilot, etc…).
  • Respond to and remediate malware and phishing incidents.
  • Troubleshooting of tickets.
  • Troubleshooting, implementing, and administering server/client systems
  • Responsible for patching and maintenance of the Windows and Linux-based operating configurations on all organization servers and serve as technical point of contact for security and patching changes to the operating environment.
  • Recommends changes to servers and operating systems that would improve system and network performance.
  • Create and maintain network, security and other departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provides advanced support for Windows based operating systems.
  • Provide on-call support and assistance to end users.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years working experience supporting hardware and operation system (Microsoft) technologies as well as providing end user support.
  • Ability to independently provision and manage Windows servers with all standard roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, RDS, file/print sharing, etc…).
  • Experience troubleshooting mail flow issues and an expert functional understanding of SMTP, TLS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Office 365 and Azure cloud Administration experience.
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, O365, WebEx, Zoom.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily support tickets including end-user support via phone, email, and remote control.
  • Assist end users with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services support.
  • Monitoring & Administration of backup process.
  • Experience with Security Protocols, VPN, IPSEC, SSL
  • End user support for all desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of Unix systems administration is a plus.

Work Schedule – Minimum 8 hours shift – Monday to Friday (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
