- Has the ability to engage all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, guardian and/or community, in order to enhance children’s academic performance and personal development.
- Holds frequent meeting with parents/guardians to abreast them regarding child’s academic performance and personal development.
- Can provide maximum opportunities to the students for co-curricular participation by organizing events or diverting them to the right platform.
- Plan strategies to improve the results of students who are struggling in some/all subjects.
- Possess a good computer knowledge to manage and monitor distant learning effectively.
- Understand key roles and responsibilities of a head teacher.
- Counsel children for academic and personal issues.
