St. Michael’s Convent School, is looking for a competent Office Assistant. Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in the relevant area. The school is seeking to hire committed and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Incumbent should be able to:
- Answer phones, greet and transfer calls to the appropriate recipients.
- Manage applications and requests from parents, as instructed by the head.
- Respond to all written correspondence on the directives of head.
- Maintain proper filing of records, documents, mail, syllabus files and curriculum related material.
- Undertake typing of reports, various feedbacks, student’s memos, discipline reports, Parent/Teacher meeting feedbacks, circulars and any other related material.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for the parents on the directives of supervisor and maintain a log of appointment records.
- Maintain application record file by entering teacher’s applications in and after getting approval from head, forwarding that to HR Department.
- Assist head in typing exam time table and seating arrangements for the students.
- Type and prepare invigilation duties of teachers during exams with the approval of head
- Any task assigned by head.
Timings: 7:20am-4:30pm
Days: Monday-Saturday
