We are looking to hire a Buisness Development Manager to help us grow our existing buisness.
Responsibilities:
1) Contacting potential clients to build rapport and closing deals.
2) Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
3) Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
4) Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
5) Developing goals for development team and buisness growth and ensuring they are met.
6) Training personels and helping team members develop their skills
7) Creating buisness oppertunities in freelance market and have the ability to manage freelance accounts.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in buisness, marketing or related field.
2) Atleast 1 year experience in a software related organization.
3) Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
4) Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
5) Excellent organizational skills.
6) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainity.
7) Proficient in Word,Excel,Outlook and Powerpoint.
