Job Duties:
- SISPN , an International company is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates who possess good English communication skills with ability to do multiple task.
- Managing all queries of existing clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Experience of handling a number of calls/complaints from the customers and our staff.
- Must have the ability to provide the right technical solutions to the customer and staff requests.
- Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques with a strong voice and accent.
- Candidates having experience of outbound calling and web-based services are encouraged to apply.
- Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email.
- record-keeping, monitoring, tracking and reporting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
Timings:
- 9:00pm till 07:00am (Monday –Friday).
