Experience in installing, configuring and deployment of open source Asterisk.
Asterisk-based applications like Go AutoDial, Vicibox.
Strong understanding of Vicidial from both the user side as well as the server-side.
Understanding IVR, dial-plan and SIP Trunks.
Experience in configuring with PRI Card, PRI Gateway, Analog Gateway, and PSTN would be useful.
Work with team to perform to ensure security of all VoIP devices and servers, perform updates/fix.
