- Assure conformity of garment washes
- Conduct pre final inspection
- Maintain correspondence with buyers or buying offices
- Keep relation and provide quality standards to the suppliers
- Maintain inspection planning.
- Keep update status of all orders in production quality position on daily basis.
- Study complete order file and check ART WORK, TECHNICAL SHEET PROTO,
- FIT, MEASURMENT SPACE, PRE- PRODUCTION AND ALSO SIZE SET comments and verify all approved fabric shades and accessories, Trims P.P sample.
- Before the start of production conduct Pre-Production meeting with Vendor’s representative and discuss all precaution relevant points according to style.
- Make the trial run and inspect the trial product
- In case of quality problem take decision and resolve quality issues on time.
- Discuss quality matters and production problems with merchandiser on daily basis and also advice solution of then in order to resolve problems and bottlenecks.
- Keep track of all the inspection reports and analysis on daily basis and send report to merchandisers.
- Forward inspection reports (PATTREN CHECK, IN-LINE, SPECS, PRE-FINAL & FINAL INSPECTION) to the merchandiser after inspection
