We are looking for professional Sales Executive to join our team.
Sales Executive responsibilities include marketing our real estate project and providing guidance to our customers to the purchase/selling process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing property for our projects
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Maintain and update listings of available projects and guide customer accordingly
- Develop networks within real estate agents and clients
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Ensure to achive the sales target to maximize the sale
