Star Sterling is an accounting back office and recruiting for multiple positions for our client who is
a UK based firm of professional advisers. With offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester,
they provide accounting, taxation, legal and digital services to small businesses across the UK.
Job Description:
1. Must have a good experience in office roles
2. Must be able to:
• Manage a team to ensure deadlines are met
• Speak on phone in English with UK clients
• Write letters and emails in English for UK clients
• Demonstrate excellent computer skills including Word, Excel
• Produce KPI reports for the team efficiency
• Develop process documentation to increase efficiency
3. Anything else required as part of the role

• Relevant experience of minimum of 2 - 3 years in office role
• A minimum of bachelor degree

• UK client experience is beneficial not necessary
