We are looking for One to 2 Years Experienced female Multi purposes work & designation will be Coordinator, who have knowledge & working Experience of below things.
JD will be :
- HR planning & Rules implementing
- Import/Logistic, EIF Management, Clearing Agent Coordination & Bank LC/TT process
- Payment Followup/Recovery trough other staff
- Project Management/Customer satisfaction Survey/Feeding to Sales/Business Development staff.
- helping hand for Business Development
- Tender working with sales/Business Development Staff
- Admin work
- Invoices, GST returns documentation & Income Tax Challan Collection after payment
- Quotaion/Proposals for Customer etc
- Assist to Management in different official work
Having Good Command over English (Written/Spoken) & good knowledge of Computer & MS office/Out Look for Emails etc will be prefered;
