- Coordinate with Supervisors and reporting to Area Manager.
- Take progress report of all MEP Sites and update MS Office and keeping book record.
- Make sure provision of tools and inventory to all sites.
- Maintain complaint record and taking necessary action for the best solution.
- Taking daily attendance and updating salary sheets on attendance basis.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building control systems.
- This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical, item suppliers and vendors involved in the project, and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from sites.
- The MEP Coordinator provides administrative responsibilities for the MEP portions. Including estimating, planning, scheduling, monitoring and quality assurance.
- Providing budget review and value analysis.
- Assist the project team with coordination and planning of the work with trades and subcontractors.
