STARK INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS (PVT.) LTD is looking for a Regional Manager (Sindh-Pakistan) for Power Generation & Engineering Services, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Karachi. He/she will be responsible to guarantee the profitability of all the execution and service activities in the Region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engage with customers and partners to support sales and implementation. Sourcing new business opportunities and new customers with the aim of gaining majority market share. Keep up to date with local market trends, customer requirements, compare to local requirements.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a yearly sale plans for region..
- Track and take accountability for Business Development costs.
- Work to have significant networks throughout the industry as a source of market information.
- Achieving Company business Goals identified in business plan.
- Preparation of proposals and Bidding Documentation.
- Knowledge of and existing relationships with OEM's, electric utilities, contractors, and heavy industrial clients in this region desired
- Demonstrated competence in client development and client relationship management
- Ability to create impact in his region and quickly deliver results, intercultural sensitivity, strong customer orientation, ability to think strategically.
Requirements
- Qualification (MBA/ Professional Engineer) or equivalent professional degree.
- Have strong Experience of proposal writing & biding documentation preparation
- Prior Strong sale Experience
- Experience in dealing with diverse people including, levels of seniority, cultures, cross boarder exposure.
- Strong negotiation skills, willing to travel within region.
- Must be Fluent in English would be beneficial.
