-Responding to inbound telephonic inquiries over the phone, email, social media and other selling plattform i.e Amazon & e-Bay
-Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
-The candidate MUST have a fluent British English accent.
-The candidate MUST be driven and motivated
-The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics.
-The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
-Fresh candidates can also apply those having good English communication skills (will get training, which would be a PROBATION period of 3 months)
