E-Commerce business manager manage key projects. Major responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare report for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with our partner to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He OR she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill needs.
Candidate should hold at least bachelor degree along 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. He should be familiar with variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities
-Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in internet marketing and management.
-Develop affiliate online/social media marketing programs.
-Updating website for appeal to current and future customers.
-Provide analytic reports of online sales.
-Develop E-Commerce sales plan to ensure the achievement of business goals.
-Lead our web personalization strategy and execution by identifying the audience segments, business rule.
-Work on E-Commerce and go to market strategy for our online channel.
-Identifying opportunities for new business. Be accountable for the management of the online product catalog, including product set up inventory availability.
-Partner with other E-Commerce team members to drive business revenue.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Develop a detail project plan to monitor and track progress.
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Report and escalate to management as needed.
-Management the relationship with all stake holders.
-Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
-Establish and maintain relationship with third parties/Vendors.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long term goals.
-Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
-Use the continually develop leadership skills.
-Develop spreadsheet, diagram and process maps to document needs.
Requirements
-Proven working experience in E-Commerce project management.
-Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
-Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE 2 certificate is a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
-Project management top skills & proficiencies.
