The RoleWe are looking for an experienced purchasing executive capable of ensuring timely & cost-effective procurement of materials
Responsibilities
-Preparing Purchase Orders using ERP system-Follow up with vendors regarding receipt of the purchase order-Request and collect updated pricing and delivery time from existing suppliers-Ensure suppliers meet their commitments in terms of price, lead-time, documentation requirements after PO acceptance-Maintain and manage stock levels and coordinate with production and management as required-Managing supplier relationship and performance
Must have-Minimum Bachelors degree-Atleast 3 years working experience in the purchasing department-Proficient in Ms office-Well verse in supplier dealing with excellent negotiation and communication skills-Have excellent concepts about supply chain management-Ability to handle problems and come up with solutions
