3-Phone answering (mainly candidates who looking for jobs & clients wholooking for staff)

4-Telephonic Interviewing of potential candidates, Skills Availability and making the appointments

5-Emails Drafting / Conversation (with clients & candidates)

6-Job description writing, posting jobs on our Websites, Social media accounts and the online Job board.

7-All-day to day operations of HR.

8-Responsible for recruitment, office accounts, payroll and attendance.
