Scope:
Monitor and Quality Control of the acquired material for keeping the content in line with the quality standards and follow regional censorship guide line. Manage and distribute the material to all the major telecommunication partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Detailed QC of the acquired content to ensure alignment on quality standards and expectations.
- Follow workflow process for transcoding via elemental transcoding devices.
- Partner with production and distribution to advice on content fixes and improve workflow from QC perspective.
- Ensure the quality of assets received from the Provider match with StarzPlay standards.
- Identify trends, diagnose issues and reinforce quality standards by maintaining log book for all the action points needs for content editing team.
- Edit the content using Final Cut Pro (FCP) tool.
- Ensuring the material is in-line with regional censorship guidelines.
- Handling partners media delivery for all the assigned materials.
- Involvement in delivering the material to telco partmers following the guidlines.
Required Knowledge and Expertise:
- Sound knowledge of Video and Audio profiling.
- Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. (English)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook): Advance level.
- Good knowledge of Editorial tools and censorship guidline.
- FCP professional is must.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors in Digital Media Technologies of Bachelors in Media Production with strong IT background.
- 2 + years of Experience as Digital Content Editor (Ideally on multimedia company)
