- Install, configure and maintain server, network and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software and applications.
- Prepare and maintain hardware & network inventory, user wise hardware/IP/other peripheral lists and all IT related records & files
- Creating Backups of customer and office data
- Maintain Product Stock on Daily base
- Provide IT help to the customers
- Document network problems and resolutions for future reference
- Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
- Photoshop of photos in CS PHOTOSHOP
- Daily base maintain the images in Ebay, Houzz and other social websites
- Use of latest software development tools is mandatory. Also to develop, maintain, configure, monitor, backup, support and optimize all new and existing LAN&WAN devices, software and communication link.
