Statecom Era is seeking a motivated Outreach Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and cold calling. This role requires a professional who can effectively engage with B2B clients and handle leads in the e-commerce sector. The candidate must have at least one year of international call center or outbound sales experience and demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills. With a minimum education level of intermediate, the Outreach Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.This position involves managing customer interactions and nurturing potential leads without team management responsibilities. It demands a disciplined and goal-oriented individual who can manage multiple client contacts, build enduring business relationships, and convert prospects into active clients. The Outreach Executive at Statecom Era will contribute directly to sustaining high standards of customer service and revenue targets, ensuring the companys competitive positioning in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers following established scripts and sales guidelines.
  • Generate leads by identifying and qualifying prospective clients in the B2B and e-commerce sectors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and lead status using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to develop relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing targeted outreach strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion rates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email to understand client needs and present relevant products or services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the outreach process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve lead handling and customer interaction approaches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt outreach tactics effectively.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports to management on progress toward outreach goals and challenges encountered.
