Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as a system analyst.

Major Duties:
- Meet and coordinate with technical teams, system end-users, business team, and business analyst to establish project scope, system goals
- Proven practical experience in creating technical design documents for enterprise software solutions.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and SQAs to follow.
- Preparation of System functional document (FSD) from requirement specification documents (BRS).
- Writing and preparing the user manuals for a new and existing system by analyzing its different aspects from the end-users perspectives.
- Prepare business proposals including technical and non-technical as per the customer/client requirements,
- Provide presentation of these documents at client side.
- Identification of Function/Non-Functional requirements and translating them in design documents for an already developed system.
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing scrum calls, prioritizing the backlog, etc.
- Participate in planning and monitoring of all product sprints and releases including UAT, Demos, and training with stakeholders and end-users.
Qualification:
Minimum graduation with BS/BE in CS/SE/CE/EE from a reputable institute.
Experience:
More than 7 years of overall experience with 3 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects. Experience in the IT solution-providing sector is a major plus.
