We are looking for a Graphic/Web Designer/DIGITAL MARKETER to lead our web design and graphic design work. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure an effective, visually appealing enterprise-level website, collateral, and other graphic assets. You will also help design and implement new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all aspects of the CMS. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with an enthusiasm for marketing and working as part of a collaborative team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Overall architecture, development, and management of the Steer Well website
- Program and implement new functionality to align the website with brand directives
- Enhance the website to increase traffic and traffic-to-lead conversion rates
- Perform routine website maintenance and speed optimization
- Support graphic and publication layout needs including marketing collateral, banner ads, email and social graphics, video editing, multimedia presentations, etc.
- Uploading content on all classified websites provided
- Email Marketing and Data Collection
Position Requirements:
- Expert level knowledge of WordPress
- Excellent layout and design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with InDesign.
- 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS
- 3 + years of experience with PHP
- Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Experience with digital image editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Experience with graphic design and vector image/interactive design using tools like Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills required to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to work in office-full time position
Preferred Skills:
- Audio/Video editing experience using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere
- Knowledge of email marketing and HTML formatting
Candidates will need to provide a portfolio or work samples to be considered.
